Return
- General:
1.3 This returns policy is in addition to the Furndes terms and conditions.
- Returning products:
2.1 The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after shipment of the products without giving reasons and to return the products.
2.2 The product can only be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
2.3 The costs for returning are borne by the customer.
2.4 It is not possible to determine return costs in advance. Return costs will be shown with the return notification of the products.
2.5 For the return of products, the customer can contact Furndes by e-mail, the contact form or by filling in the model withdrawal form (found in the General Terms and Conditions). State the details of the order such as order number and contact details. Furndes will then inform the customer of the next steps.
2.6 Furndes reserves the right to refuse returned products or to refund only part of them if it is suspected that the products have been used or damaged.
2.7 After the returned products have been received and approved, Furndes will refund the amount that the customer has paid for the returned products as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days.
- Excluded products:
3.1 Products that have been custom-made or that have been adapted to the specific wishes of the customer cannot be returned.
3.2 Products assembled by the customer cannot be returned, unless there are manufacturing defects.
- Guarantee:
4.1 Furndes guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and with the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.
4.2 The guarantee does not apply to defects that have arisen as a result of incorrect use or wear and tear of the products.
- Defective products:
5.1 If the products show defects, the customer must contact Furndes within 24 hours via e-mail or the contact form.
5.2 If a product is defective or damaged during delivery, an after-sales file will be opened. If Furndes is unable to satisfy the customer, the product will be collected. The return costs will then be borne by the customer.
