Complaints
- General :
1.1 Furndes strives to satisfy its customers with high quality products and excellent customer service.
1.2 In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with a Furndes product or service, the customer may submit a complaint following the complaints process set out in this document.
1.3 This complaints process is in addition to the Furndes terms and conditions.
- Submitting a complaint :
2.1 A complaint can be submitted by contacting Furndes via email or the contact form.
2.2 The complaint must be described clearly and in detail, including the order number and product description.
2.3 Furndes will respond to the customer within 5 days of receipt of the complaint and handle the complaint.
- Investigation of the complaint :
3.1 Furndes will investigate the complaint and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
3.2 If necessary, Furndes will contact the customer for additional information.
3.3 Furndes will inform the customer of the progress of the investigation and the expected term in which the complaint will be resolved.
- Resolution of the complaint :
4.1 Furndes will make every effort to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the customer.
4.2 If Furndes cannot resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the customer, Furndes will inform the customer about further options, such as mediation or dispute resolution.
- Disputes :
5.1 This complaints procedure is governed by Dutch law.
