Order and delivery
- General:
1.1. Furndes strives to provide its customers with quality products and excellent customer service, including reliable delivery of the products.
1.2. This policy supplements the Furndes terms and conditions.
- Order:
2.1 When an order has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours.
2.2 As soon as the product has been shipped, the customer will receive a track & trace code by e-mail.
- Delivery options:
3.1 Furndes offers different delivery options depending on the type of product and location of the customer.
3.2 Shipment takes place by independent carriers.
3.3 No shipping costs are charged for regular shipping. If the customer requests express shipping, additional costs will be calculated based on volume, weight and postal code.
- Delivery:
4.1 The delivery of products takes place in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany.
4.2 Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer.
4.3 The customer is responsible for ensuring sufficient space and access for the delivery of the product.
4.4 If the product cannot be delivered due to insufficient access or space, additional costs may be charged for a new delivery attempt.
- Delivery time:
5.1 Furndes strives to ship the products within 1 to 10 working days.
5.2 Furndes strives to indicate the delivery time as accurately as possible, but cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred as a result of a delivery option chosen by the customer.
- Cancel and change:
6.1 Customers can cancel or change an order within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
6.2 If a customer wishes to cancel or change an order after the product has been shipped, they must follow the returns policy.
